the worst cooking disaster i’ve seen and not caused was on the training weekend okay

i had the idea that if we wrapped some potatoes in tinfoil and shoved them in the embers of the fire for an hour they would cook because i’ve done that before with fruit and stuff

so we did that

only some people put their potatoes in the middle of the fire

like

where the flames are

and then we were trying to get them out and lucy was stabbing them with a big knife but she burned her hand and dropped the knife into the fire

and i was like omg hold on i’ll get the tongs 

and i came back

and she was HOLDING THE SHARP END OF THE KNIFE

NOT THE HANDLE THE ACTUAL BLADE

WITH BLOOD ALL OVER HER HAND AND DRIPPING DOWN HER WRIST

AND THE POTATO IN THE OTHER HAND

I MEAN JFC IT WAS ONLY A POTATO
